1. Freshly Cooked Meals

All meals are prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee the exact condition of the food upon consumption as it may depend on factors such as the time elapsed since preparation, reheating methods, and other external conditions.

2. Allergy Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies during the order placement process. While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.

• Customers must take necessary precautions before consuming meals.

• DalPaneer.com is not liable for any health-related issues resulting from undisclosed allergies or reactions to our meals.

3. Order Placement and Changes

• Orders must be placed by 9:00 PM the night before the scheduled delivery unless stated otherwise in the specific meal plan details.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless we fail to deliver the order without prior notice by 2:00 PM on the day of delivery.

4. Delivery Policies

• Customers will be notified when the delivery address is reached.

• Our drivers are not required to enter office buildings, apartments, or any other premises. Customers are responsible for meeting the driver at the designated delivery location to collect their order.

• In case of missed communication, we are not liable for meals left unattended or misplaced. A photo of the delivered meal will be shared with the customer as proof of delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the delivery driver for smooth pickup.

• Any delays or issues caused due to unavailability at the delivery location are not the responsibility of DalPaneer.com.
